Seating & Groups

Can I make a reservation?

No — all customers are walk-in. We are a first-come, first-served restaurant. We do not take reservations or offer call-ahead ordering for group seating.

Can I bring a large group?

The largest group we can seat together is 6–8. Groups larger than that cannot be guaranteed adjacent tables. This applies to corporate meet-ups, Hail & Farewells, birthdays, and graduation parties. Busy times run 5:30–8 pm — there may be a line to enter and order. Our busiest nights are Friday and Saturday.

Can I have a small party, graduation, or shower at FSP?

Absolutely — with a few ground rules. Max seated group is 6–8. No glitter, confetti, or smash cakes. No attaching decorations to walls, posts, chairs, or tables. One table may be decorated and presents must stay at that table. Balloon or floral centerpieces are welcome. No outside food — a single cake or cupcakes are the one exception (bring your own plates and forks). Large orders of 12+ pizzas are subject to a 20% required gratuity.

Can I send someone early to hold tables?

No. Seats and tables are not to be moved or held. Everyone is treated as a walk-in customer. Tables are spaced to meet health guidelines.

Can I rent your place for a private party on a day you're closed?

Can I bring extra chairs for my group?

No — seating capacity is fixed and bringing outside seating is not allowed.

Ordering & Pickup

Can I call in a pickup order?

Yes! Call-in pickup orders are welcome. During heavy volume we may pause call-in ordering so the kitchen can focus on dine-in customers. Primary line: 512-910-4676. Secondary: 512-910-7063. When you arrive, walk to the register.

Do you deliver?

Not currently. We offer dine-in and call-ahead pickup only. Primary pickup line: 512-910-4676. Secondary: 512-910-7063.

Can I call ahead and put my group's order in early?

No — call-in orders are pickup only. If you switch from to-go to dine-in after calling, you'll be treated as a regular walk-in customer waiting for a table.

Can I rent the food truck for an event?

Food & Drink

Can I bring in outside food or alcohol?

No outside food or drink containers — period. Per health regulations, only food and drink prepared in our kitchen is allowed on premises. The single exception: a birthday cake or cupcakes. Bring plates and forks. Child's bottle is also fine.

Can I bring a birthday cake or cupcakes?

Yes — a single cake or cupcakes are allowed. Please bring your own cake plates and forks. We cannot store or plate brought-in food. Note: orders of 12+ pizzas are subject to a 20% required gratuity.

Do you carry domestic beers?

We serve Texas craft beers only — brewed right here in the state. No nationally recognised brands. We concentrate on supporting local Texas brewers.

Can I bring in my own toppings?

No outside food or ingredients are allowed in our kitchen or preparation areas. We can only serve food prepared in our kitchen.

What if I forget to close my bar tab?

Don't stress — unclosed bar tabs are automatically closed at end of service. Contact us if you have any concerns.

Dietary Options

Do you have gluten-free options?

We offer a gluten-reduced crust — not a certified gluten-free product. The pizza will experience cross-contamination with flour in the preparation area. Guests with celiac disease or severe gluten intolerance should be aware of this risk. The gluten-reduced crust is available on all pizzas and the Sopapizza dessert.

Do you have a low-carb crust?

Yes!

Do you offer vegan or paleo options?

We offer dairy-free / vegan cheese for use with our vegetarian pizzas. Ask your server for current vegan-friendly options.

Policies

Can I just let my kids run unattended?

No. All children must remain with their adults at all times. No one under 18 is to be dropped off without adult supervision. No children at the play area unattended. We are a restaurant, not a park. Property destruction from unattended children continues to be a problem — please help us avoid it.

Are you dog/pet friendly?

No — due to ongoing incidents (uncontrolled barking, bites, animals fighting, owners not cleaning up) we no longer allow any pets on site. Service dogs for disabilities are welcome. Emotional support animals are not permitted on site.

Do you offer senior or military discounts?

Not at this time. We've priced the menu so every guest receives the best pricing possible from the start.

How do I get a gift card?

Come in and order at the register, or purchase online through our website.

What are your busiest times?

Friday and Saturday 5:30–8 pm are our busiest windows. Larger groups should plan to arrive outside those times if possible. There can be a line to enter and order — we do everything we can to move it quickly.
